What Can You Expect?

1. Before our appointment

~ Please make space for our appointments. This means being in a place without distractions (children, pets, electronics, etc.)

2. On the day of our appointment

~Open the Google invite that has been sent to your email.

~Click on the Google Meet icon at the time of the meeting.

3. During our appointment

We will discuss expectations you have for coaching, from me and from yourself. We may set some minor goals and discuss the
